By placing your order through www.hushnigeria.com, you agree to the Terms and Conditions that have been set forth. If the terms and conditions are not understood, please do not hesitate to call our customer service Representative between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
Orders made through www.hushnigeria.com shall only be shipped out after payment has been confirmed. In as much as we will make every effort to have your product needs in stock, this can however not be guaranteed. If we do not have a product in stock, the specific product cannot be ordered but a request can be made to be put on a waiting list. If we however cannot restock the product, you will be duly informed by a Customer Service Representative.
Hushnigeria.com operates within the law as it pertains to sharing of private information within the Data Protection Act.
Private information of Customers shall not be shared with third parties except in such cases where Customer grants prior consent.
Customers using or ordering from hushnigeria.com MUST be at least 18 years or older, or meet the age requirement from the jurisdiction of their domicile but shall not under any circumstances be less than 18 years old.
Signatures are required during delivery of products. It is of vital importance therefore that the correct delivery address is given during the ordering process. Hush Vibes Nigeria Ltd. will not be liable for missing shipments to an incorrect address.

Hushnigeria.com will accept products returns within 7 days of delivery for exchange purposes only, as long as certain conditions are met.

1 – Products purchased from hushnigeria.com once delivered shall not be returned in exchange for monetary refund.

2 – Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

3 – Product must be Unused, Unopened, and Undamaged.

HushNigeria.com has several vendors so packaging and or color variations might occur but does not affect the effectiveness of the product. Please read accompanying literature before use if present.
